Really helped me to recognize (1) everything on my to-do list isn't important, (2) many things won't get done and that's OK, and finally (3) my problem isn't getting enough tasks done - but getting the right ones done first.
Highly recommend it as a supplementary build to #gtd

Don’t procrastinate or overthink it today. Just get up and do it! Starting is usually the hardest thing.
