Let's be careful with how we interpret "polls".

It's only a "majority" if you include Republican voters (who are seeped in #ConspiracyTheories, painfully deluded, and actually believe #TheOrangeMenace did nothing wrong b/c if they watch ANY "news" at all, it's from Conservative outlets who have as much fealty for the truth as water has for fire.)

Exclude those Trumpers, and that number plunges at around 20%.

The media keeps hyping threats of protest, trying to create controversy to boost ratings.

Despite the fact #TheOrangeMenace has gone through more lawyers than I go through M&M's, he always seems to have a legal defense.

I believe the same person who encouraged T**** to take the documents (#Putin? #Kim? #Erdogan?) is also feeding him legal advice.

Personally, I believe Putin convinced #MangoMussolini that "the gov't is collecting info on your supporters".

Why? So he'd sneak them out of whatever high security facility they were in so they could gain access to them.

One of T****'s strongman "friends" (Putin, Kim, Orban, Erdogan, etc) may have convinced #TheOrangeMenace to take these EXTREMELY sensitive #TopSecret #ClassifiedDocs home PRECISELY so they would now be in an unsecured location they could easily gain access to.
