This leaves me feeling that instead of waiting for a steaming service/studio to bring a sci-fi gem to my screen, I may as well go read the books that are typically the source material.

I didn't love the season finale of #ThePeripheral and was skeptical regarding what it portended for a second season, but I'm still upset about the un-renewal. I also would have liked to see more of #ALeagueOfTheirOwn but that one had been canceled before and was only going to be coming back for 4 episodes anyway, so for me it stings less.
