I read 100 pages and then happened to take a two week break. Picked it up again this weekend and finished it. A good book I'd say.

Towards the end I could kind of feel the author a bit too much in it. The main character took a step back and it ended up being about an american beating a bunch of sovjets in the cold war era.

It's also a book about catching yourself in a rut and just stepping out of it, some times easier said than done.

I'm halfway through the initial meeting between Christian and Roxanne in the new #PeterDinklage #Cyrano movie. It will take me at least another week to get through this scene, as I'm not able to take more than 30 seconds of cringe at a time.

I'm not joking. I still haven't gotten through the second to last episode of season 6(!) of #TheExpanse (which I started years ago), and I almost didn't make it through the second to last episode of #TheQueensGambit. And I like these shows!
