Monday mornings are always my admin time for my private practice. No clients until the afternoon.

Currently enjoying a cup of Columbian breakfast tea from Upton Tea, responding to five days of emails, with two poodles curled up looking out the window at my feet.

Really cuts down on the Sunday night angsties.
