Does anyone know #TheraSpecs? Are they worth it? Do they help against migraines and the sensitivity to light that comes with it?

@agkozak Oh man. For me #photophobia started in earnest post-Covid. My desk in my home office was next to a window. After I recovered from Covid, I noticed I was having a lot of trouble concentrating, to the point that I would literally end every day just angry at everything. It usually led to a headache, often blossoming into a migraine.

I moved my office to a spare room, put up blackout curtains, and invested in FL-41 glasses (shoutout to #Theraspecs). Life changing.

I will always recommend #TheraSpecs every chance I get. They are the only reason I got through a #migraine yesterday. I love them! They are a great way to protect your eyes in general from strain after a lot of screen-based work, too.
