At last, the government have made the right decision to start pay talks with our union, #theRCN Likewise, the RCN have cancelled next weeks strikes. Let’s hope the government are serious to find a resolution to this on going pay deal. It’s been going on far to long. One side willing and wanting to talk, the other, not interested in even discussing it. Nurses never ever wanted to strike but the Tory government really don't give us a choice.
