Trying to write a statement to appeal my son’s EHCP. The local authority think he’ll be fine in the mainstream school he hasn’t been able to attend since Nov 2021. I gave up and watch Dr Who whilst drinking Baileys. #TheresAlwaysTomorrow

An 11 AM "while we're passing through town" brunch w/brother & SIL turned into an all afternoon catch-up-on-everything-Since-Pandemic visit in our living room.

The fireplace & the tree were lit. Much tea was drunk & catnaps enjoyed by participants. Conversation ranged from rice cookers to Alaska backpacking & into the perils of lawn-mowing.

It was fab.

Will I get that last scene written today after all? NOPE. And that's A-OK.
