Wondering where we will go.
Suspense makes the process exciting.
Because literally, I never know.
Sometimes my conceited mind, suggest this way or that.
But it’s the river that finally decides,
so mostly that’s sent to the trash.
Still, I approach each day with fear.
Will today the river be dry?
But then, like a blessing from Heaven.
Like the sun the river arrives.
Is somehow my river special?
That doesn’t seem true or fair.
I think more likely the case.
We all have a river out there.
