Very interesting.
I have been wondering about the body temp drop since the study by Prostiv et al. came out in 2020 [1]
(& also wondering why not more attention has been given to it since it is kind of a big deal).

Futile cycling by Na/K ATPase contributes to thermogenesis [2] & Na/K ATPase activity is lower in autistic ppl. Will have to look up Lachnospiraceae & autism.
