I see little tidbits of what is happening on the #admin and #development side of Mastodon, but still don't have a clue what is happening.
May I suggest that a post is made for each #instance and one or more for #mastodon where things like #TheRules, #ServerList, #FunctionalityUpdates and the like are posted/updated.
The idea being that new members automatically get those posts. The current members get new "lasting posts" on blast the first time they .. 1/2
