Nonprofit church: The Satanic Temple (Inc.)
vs.
For-profit corporation: United Federation of Churches LLC dba "The Satanic Temple"

The latter is suing us. The former was collecting money for it.

Both share the same owners (or their pseudonyms), HQ, and website.

Operative here is "the parties have resolved all issues between them", and we may never find out the details

But thanks to The Satanic Temple's own claims trying to establish how it was damaged, we know they spent an incredible amount of their donors' money on a complete boondoggle — plus however much it costs them to actually litigate two cases in state then federal court over nearly three years.
