So one of my (probably too many) loves is #LiveMusic and last night I took myself off to Mitchelstown to see an Irish trad-metal band, #TheScratch.
Great gig, as always, in front of a slightly confused crowd who I think were expecting more trad than metal. This is the smallest stage I've ever seen them on and, given they just sold out the Olympia, I doubt I'll see them on one this small again.

#TheScratch are one of the best live gigs going, never not a full on night in Dublin. Just incredible. Irish Trad, humour & Metal delicately intertwined.

Wow. Just wow. #thescratch were just something else in the Olympia. Venue is still vibrating. A credit to the #irish #music scene. Also hilarious stage work. Just a show outta hell.
