Smart action show.

1️⃣ A major character from an earlier episode is murdered during this story. It’s unexpected. And it packs a punch.

2️⃣ This is a really well-told crime drama. It avoids all the expected tropes/clichés when moving the story forward. Impressive.

3️⃣ The action sequences are thrilling. Particularly Allie and Frankie piloting the Defender in battle, mid-episode.

4️⃣ Second of 12 scripts for the show by #DavidNewman (#TheSentinel).

5️⃣ #JayAcovone guest stars.

Before I started to work on my big needlepoint project about #TheSentinel on ZXSpectrum (see prev post), I had done a first test from the PC version of the game.

The Sentinel has just spotted me and death is imminent. I captured that scene in particular because I wanted to reproduce on a needlepoint tapestry the moment when black pixels partially cover the whole screen before my Synthoid dies, drained of his energy.
