It’s not a total deviation from my primary mission given (1) Musk backed #RoKhanna’s run for Congress and Khanna ended up being the first member of Congress to join Justice Dems, and (2) Musk was an early investor in #Stripe and Stripe used Musk’s money to hire #SaikatChakrabarti, who ended up working for #AOC and engineering the small dollar donation scheme behind #BernieSanders and #TheSquad.

@domhuntsducks disagree. there is no criticism of the "left" by the left in mainstream or rw news outlets. The general level of labor militancy in the country very low in the US so it is important to clarify why this was an anti-labor action when #TheSquad argues it is pro-labor. Additionally the question of whether #DSA will ever hold electeds accountable is important.

I really wish the #OSINT community would devote some time to investigating #AOC #TheSquad and #JusticeDemocrats and their ongoing, attempted hostile takeover the Democratic Party.
People need to shine light on it before it’s too late.

y Parler NO PUDO demostrar que tenía razón. En concreto, no pudo demostrar NI UNO de estos hechos:

A. Parler no puede demostrar probabilidad de prevalecer sobre el fondo (en concreto):

A1. AWS no incumplió el acuerdo

A2. AWS no interfirió tortuosamente con las expectativas comerciales de Parler

A3. ASW no violó la Ley Sherman.

A4 Sección 230 Reclamaciones de interferencia y antimonopolio

B. El equilibrio de las acciones y el interés público desfavorecen una orden judicial

C.Parler no ha demostrado que sufrirá daños irreparables sin una orden judicial

El juez encontró que Amazon tenía razón y Parler estaba equivocado.

Y ahora, con todos los datos, si tenés honestidad intelectual, vas a tener que asumir que en el caso concreto de Parler su operación constituye (como se vió) un peligro porque están totalmente radicalizados.
