1. #SnarkySAL hexagon 45, four more to go! I saw this pattern as small baseball diamonds when stitching, now I see the "chainlink fence". Very pretty!

2. Caught up with the #TheSteadyThreadHoliday2022SAL charity Baubles! These go quite quickly. Next year, repurpose for ornament gifts?

3. Last week's #TheSteadyThreadSAL garden plot. I love this blue variegated thread. Two more to go!

4. Doiley progress after I corrected the outer ring. 😅

My weekend #blackwork #embroidery was primarily done while watching the #AgeOfEmpires4 Winter Team Championships qualifying matches. (Yes, I watch eSports.)

1. I finished last week's botanical #TheSteadyThreadSAL garden piece (week 46). Only 3 more weeks to go! Then I get to consider if I should put a fence around it. There are optional design additions to the pattern.

Tonight's stitching has me feeling accomplished!

I managed to finish the first of my Christmas doilies, the Nordic snowflake design. I went with one strand of floss for the outermost motifs which makes it look delicate. I will finish it in a natural wood hoop in the size pictured here. I will start the next one, on green linen evenweave, soon.

I also played catch-up with #TheSteadyThreadHoliday2022SAL. This is last week's bauble!
