"Made of Stone" is a single from The Stone Roses' eponymous debut album.
The band made their debut on national British TV by performing this song on the BBC's The Late Show in September 1989. A minute into the song, the power went out, prompting lead singer Ian Brown to walk off stage, cursing the venue.

One morning just before I moved to SF and stopped funding his E-fueled clubbing, he rolled in after an out-all-night and wanted some "bees and honey" to buy an LP—"a vinyl." I handed him $20 and he came back from Ollson's with #TheStoneRoses debut. The 10-minute version of "Fool's Gold" was in fact, gold! I fell in love.
