If you start in a company where they told you in the interview before that they have the focus on SOLID and now you have to realize it is only a practice at the new holy frameworks that they use.

Argh it is hard as new employee to refactor a code from the colleagues which was written some weeks before only to reach the goal of SOLID and the SoC principles.
