yum! Lucky to be provisioned by #deer hunters here in #virginia. Bought a tiny wonderful cookbook called #thevenisonbible at #Speyside #cooperage couple years ago. I shall use the book to approximate this stew recipe. We have overpopulation of deer here also and few predators (tho coyotes are on the rise everywhere).
