The mod in question was SpawnCompanions .. after removing it because the game didn't want to start , this happened. And in the previous version Yennefer was clothed. BTW i'm not perfectly sure that the new update is good . Geralt's hair when using nvidia hair looks ridiculous and the night sky looks a bit off.
