I finished #TheWorldWeMake today and it was kind of meh. Nowhere near as good as #TheCityWeBecame, in my opinion.

I listened to the latest episode of The Incomparable (https://www.theincomparable.com/theincomparable/657/) and @jsnell felt the same, saying, "It felt like her heart wasn't in it… If you haven't read that series, or if you've read the first book and you thought, 'I don't know if I want to read any more books in the series,' I would say don't. I really would."

I finished #IfNietzscheWereANarwhal by Justin Gregg so now I’m #Reading #WhenAnimalsDream by David M. Peña-Guzmán and continuing #TheWorldWeMake by N. K. Jemisin. I’ve read two #Books out of this year’s goal of fifty.

Just finished reading #TheWorldWeMake by #nkjemisin It was so good. The second book of her duology about cities coming to life, literally. It gets metaphysical, examines or current political climate (with little room for interpretation of how the author feels about it) and is just a damn good story.
