I'm weirdly in love with the dress design of this movie. It has the standard Impractical Sleeve Fantasy vibe, but the collars are modern. Qingming looks like he've just stepped off the catwalk!

The reason I like this movie is that it has colours. They're severly toned down, but beggers can't be chosers - after all Hollywood abandoned colour film years ago.

Rewatching The Yin Yang Master. The story is a mess, the editing and direction too (I suspect), but I love the visuals. Tomorrow I'll sort out my economy to see if I can afford a Viki pass*, because watching the same two movies on Netflix over and over is getting tedious.
