I want to like it, but the dodgy moralising (“Why does peacekeeping always involve killing people?”), plot misfires (the half-Zygon suicide) and near-aimless direction (Daniel Nettheim - the only Who director to also work on K9) means the story disappoints. That could also be down to my expectations, and I should maybe lower them. #DoctorWho
