We needed a door for one of the kids so I picked up Dad's car for the morning and we went to the tip shop. We'd measured the car and the door, but when we got the door to the car it looked like it was going to maybe not fit?

As we were angling it this way and that, we heard a voice behind us.

'Is it gonna go in?'

Adam said he thought so...

And then the guy says, 'You live on [XXXX] Street, don't you? If it doesn't fit, I've got the ute. Could drop it off for you.'

At that very moment, we managed to get it in and I turned to thank the guy --- who I've never seen before in my life, but who knows where we live because that's what it's like when you're in this small place, haha! People know you, even when you think you're walking around, being anonymous. And they are kind, too!!
