Over the weekend i accidentally broke one of my favorite coffee mugs, and i’m so bummed about it. it was a kickstarter perk for backing the film “Loving Vincent,” about Van Gogh, which was entirely hand-painted, frame by frame, in his style, often incorporating the people and scenes in his paintings. it was nominated for an Academy Award, but i believe it lost.
