THERE'S A BETTER WAY: Keep the 9 judge court, but create a POOL of 36 judges that are selected at random for each case.

I *highly* disagree. Such a tax should be our 1ST step. NOTHING can be passed FASTER or would have a more IMMEDIATE impact on #MassShootings. A weapons ban (IF you EVER get it passed) would still take YEARS before the number of weapons in circulation falls to the point it impacts such crime. #ThinkOutsideTheBox #TaxCordite
