My Omnifixo preorder arrived yesterday. Naturally, a week after my most recent soldering project. Even trying it out messing around it seems very promising. Easy to position things and they really do stay exactly where placed. I love the parallel jaw clamps, too. Much better grip without the need for toothy jaws on clips.

Now I need to find a new victim^Wproject. Maybe I'll finally get around to hacking on the WS2812B LED strip I have sitting here.

My teenager gave me a Staybowlizer, a kitchen thirdhand that I've wanted for years but always thought was too frivolous to buy for myself (and may no longer be manufactured). Anyway, I immediately made a batch of chocolate chip walnut cookies, and it was so very helpful!
