Today is very wet and a little chilly. First time I've ever been glad to have a zoom meeting (that could be an email) just as an excuse not to go out. #Zoom #ThisCouldHaveBeenAnEmail

Landed. Checked into hotel. Tomorrow I start working in an office for four days, for some reason, and then I can go home again. #ThisCouldHaveBeenAnEmail

I've loved email for quite a while but in the last couple of time periods I'm astounded by how many things really could have just been an email. Like this toot for instance.

See? It could have been an email! That's the interesting thing about emails is there's email *protocols* but also the messages themselves.

Yesterday I had to go out after the zoom meeting from doom, and I was wearing the rattiest pair of jeans in all existence, today, when I can kick back after my seven hour zoom meeting from hell, I have put on my actually decent jeans. WTF is wrong with me? I should be wearing the ratty, comfortable, jeans today not yesterday. I am too tired for all this.

Well that was seven hours out of my day that I'll never get back. Especially since nothing in this training actually applied to me or where I work. Curse whoever came up with the concept of mandatory training. #ThisCouldHaveBeenAnEmail

Tomorrow I have in person training that could be an email. Next week I have zoom meetings, that also could be emails. The whole training industry is just built on padding the paycheck and wasting time, isn't it? #ThisCouldHaveBeenAnEmail

On a conference call right now... "I know I took us right to the bottom of the hour"...but then keeps on going for a full NINE MINUTES uninterrupted.

Anyone else do high school #debate ? Nine minutes of speaking is a full oratory. Remember being terrified of giving that long of a speech?

Now imagine just randomly talking for a full oratory after you said you were going to shut.
