Trying to accept that the hustle of a 53 yo is going to be slower than the hustle I had when I was 37, but dang.

It's still an adjustment.

My therapist would gently chide me, pointing out that I have been hustling hard for most of my life, and at a pace that is higher than some. In fact she did tell me this. Last week. My benchmark for Normal Hustle feels like Extra Hustle for others.

So my 'slow down' is prolly How Other 53 yo Gen Xrs Hustle on the Regular.

I need to give myself space to embrace that not everything needs to feel like a struggle.

A good solid hug on the sidewalk.
