There are some really cool hikes near Boquete, Panama. We just did one the other day called Bajo Mono in Los Naranjos, which is one of my favorites.

You get a little of everything - a walk in the cloud forest, a really cool waterfall, spectacular views, a few animals, and more.

It's strange but really cool to see Volcán Barú when looking out the windows from the house we're staying at in Boquete and realize that I actually hiked up that volcano before. Such a beautiful country! 🇵🇦

Well, we got up at 2am to start our travel from Cleveland to Boquete. We didn't get in until 6pm... 16 hours of travel makes for one long day! But we made it and we're looking forward to spending the next 30 days back here in Boquete, Panama!

Not a bad start to the day. Worked out and then Faith and I took a bike ride to get a credit card from Chase (exclusive promo in the branches) and to DQ for lunch and ice cream.

Some good dadd--daughter time and enjoying the good weather. Life is good.

Lisa and I took a little getaway for a couple nights to Seneca Allegheny Casino in NY earlier this week. That was the first time we've been without Faith for more than one night in probably around 9 years!

We didn't win in the casino but we didn't lose too much.
