What brings you perfectly, 100%, into the present moment?

Personally I realized that often when I'm putting my child down for a nap, I'm letting my mind wander as she dozes off. The realization struck me that she's only this little once, and that each of these moments are precious, and so I've made it a practice this week to just be with her, 100%, from now on.

Also, running for me brings me entirely into my body and the present moment of ecstatic endorphin rush like few other things.
