From 'El Avion Sobre El Mar,' their Spanish cover of NMH's 'In the Aeroplane Over the Sea'. More sombre than the original but maintaining a lot of the immediacy and desperation.

This song always gives me chills where the na-na-nas collide with Goldaline around 8 mins in. First time I heard it I was buying groceries and gasped loudly, inspiring many weirded out looks. You're welcome, shoppers.

I'm not much of a rap fan, but I can't stop playing this song which Ren released six months ago. I especially love the part at 1:30 starting with "it's pain making," but the song is less than three minutes long and I love all of it. One of the few songs I've heard that talks about chronic physical pain and illness.

Ok, last one for tonight I think. I always think that this song would go well with some 1930s or 1940s film, maybe involving cops and gangsters (though Google Translate tells me that it's about discovering an affair through looking at someone's computer files.) The section from 2.14 onwards in particular makes of think of some comic chase scene, maybe involving corridors and opening and closing doors.
