PROJEKT THORENS TD145 Mark I … Nach langer Suche endlich meinen Wunsch-Turntable ergattert. Dazu mit einem extra angefertigten Costum Sockel. 🤩
Allerdings gibt es einige Baustellen, deshalb auch als Schnäppchen bekommen.
- verdrehter Tonarm
- Tonarmhalterung nicht original
- Nadel verschlissen
- Spaltmaße am Sockel ungleich
Das heißt, es gibt wieder etwas zu tun. 🤷♂️

@brad_frost - I can highly recommend #Thorens turntables.
I own a classic 1970's ⚫️🎶 TD 160 but if you're not looking to go down the vintage/restoration route, their modern equivalents (TD 1600/1601) can be found here > https://www.thorens.com/en/products/thorens%C2%AE-turntables.html.

I had a reasonable record player a #Thorens with a #Shure V15iii but have never regretted the switch to digital. The dust and statics… grrrr. So I asked a few why? Because you listen to complete albums, I hear songs I’ve never heard, the most heard answer was. I always listen to complete albums on #Tidal and #Qobuz. It seems they never had that idea 🤔 Some said it sounded better…

Vreemd genoeg is dat bij mij in gang gezet door #Linn, die nog steeds de beste #draaitafels maakt, oorspronkelijk gebaseerd op die van #Thorens, maar ook streamen heeft ‘uitgevonden’, om te beginnen van je zelfgeripte CD’s.

Two generations of direct drive #turntables side by side: on the left my parent's #Dual #714Q from 1981. On the right my own, a new development from #Thorens: the 403 DD. Both performing excellent, with the Dual despite of its age not falling short 🙂
