Reinvention of language continues: #homeless people are now called "unsheltered" or "unhoused."

It's manipulative rephrasing.

The implied meaning : #passive recipients are "housed" or not by a third party.

I predict more revised language to replace old terminology, removing terms which suggest personal responsibility or accountability, in favor of passivity.
