If facilitators have an agenda, in early discussion phase, they identify the weaknesses of (naive) opposition #thoughtInfluencers. At final consensus reaching phase they deploy the #HegelianDialectic to characterize opposition opinions as extremist and the desired goal as the only reasonable synthesis of opinion.
