Use the is_weekend formula function in thoughtspot to filter out the weekends. Then do a date_diff between all the days that are not on the weekend.

There's also custom calendars you can add to define what "weekend" or non work days are for your use case. And then the #ThoughtSpot formulas point to your custom calendar.
