I think many agree that X/Twitter has done some actually bad decisions, top of problems which were already there like mass amount of corpo ads tweets/ bad algorithm, new changes have made people move to for example #ThreadsApp. My take, from all platforms #Mastodon is the best.

Looking forward to the day that we have enough folks on the Fediverse that I can follow the MLB trade deadline news here instead of heading over to The Site Formerly Known As Twitter.

Hoping that Threads (at the very least) fills this gap once its ActivityPub infrastructure is online.

In the meantime, if any other baseball fans have suggestions of folks covering the deadline here, my Follow Finger is ready to start tapping.
