Ended my ThreeUK account on 20 Jan. They billed me on 3 feb for a full month, on 23 feb they wrote to say they owed me for 85% of that and it would be refunded after two weeks. It wasnât. Not able to log in since donât have account. 23 mins on phone. Promise: Monday.
A reputable company would have simply taken the correct amount on 3 Feb.
Typical ported my number from three to giffgaff and my number works fine. But my wife who is still for now on the #Three network calls my now ported number and it still goes to the three sim. Anyone else on other networks get through to me no problems. What a shower of .... #ThreeUK are !
Well I've only gone and joined #GiffGaff and am awaiting my old number porting from #Three which says it will be completed on February 14th #ValentinesDay .
My wife phoned to complain to Three today as we've had no signal in our village since January 19th and they basically told her it will be fixed in another week which I'd been told a week ago and others nearly a month ago. I would NOT recommend #ThreeUK anymore !

Despite contacting them multiple times, #ThreeUK is still blocking access to Tutanota.
We have now made an official complaint to #Ofcom.
Hopefully UK users will soon have full access to Tutanota again!

So far tried EE and Three, both have awful (broken) billing systems. And Three's signal is utter dreck.
Prefer to do a PAYG data SIM before I sign up to anything to check reachability, competence, etc.
