I bought a kid’s coat at the thrift store for $6 bc I wanted this faux fur trim to make poms for my hats. Since it was a zip off hood, I gave the coat away to a woman in line at the shop for her daughter.

Yesterday, I picked up two merino wool sweaters and one cashmere/silk sweater for $5 each

The cashmere sweater is too big for me, but it has a designer label so I might try to flip it. The wool sweaters both fit really well and are in colors I look really good in. Very excited to show them off at a holiday party next week.

Last week at a thrift store here in #Berlin I had one of those jackpot experiences - spent about 30€ and could barely carry it all. I found two of the same coat, but in different colors - brown and black. One for 6€ and the other 8€. I bought them both and was happy to keep the siblings together. After several days of wearing the brown one, I switched to the black, reached in the pocket and found this. April 2015. #London
