64 kbps is the "#norm" for #throttling after using up data.
Are #customers so silly to be like:
"Mhmmkay ?!" ?
Some have it at 300kbps which is.. Usable.
But not #Vodafone and #telekom

Pero lo del #throttling por calor del #MacBook Pro con el Intel Core i9 es algo para denunciar también.
Quién me mandaría a mí comprarme esta máquina pensando que precisamente iba a funcionar un poco mejor. Y el dineral que me costó. 😓

Not to mention #DTAG got people like myself hounding them when they wanted to retroactively introduce #throttling and abolish #NetNeutrality for some time...

Whereas on #GPON and espechally #Ethernet-based #fiber that would be feasible.
But also #throttling on #mobile networks (#2G / #3G / #4G #LTE / #5G) isn't done by properly negotiating a "link speed" or "link bandwith" but literally dropping/rejecting packets if that would exceed the configured speed is still not illegal.

Esto es vergonzoso. Van ya varios meses así y no mejora. Antes descarga a 50+ MB/s con fibra 600 Mbps y bajó el ancho de banda que obtenía con el protocolo Bittorrent. Actualmente con fibra 1 Gbps no pasa de 10 - 20 MB/s. #Jazztel #Orange #bittorrent #p2p #neutralidad #throttling
