I am playing #timberborn a beaver society simulator, and finding surprising references to the real world.
With enough science, I started building robots. They are better workers and don't need sleep. So I don't need more flesh workers!
I need to reduce the population without making them unhappy. I have a strategy - build 1-beaver mansions and pause multi-beaver homes. No more space for young beavers to be born!
I am going to call this operation #HousingCrisis.

Some people write fan fiction about their favorite shows. In my middle age, I've ended up writing (or at least thinking) fan fiction about my favorite city builders. Once made a saga linking Banished with WoW with a strong side of Alpha Centauri.

Couldn't sleep last night so ended up thinking way too long about #Timberborn and the social structure of large beaver cities.
