Sehr schön ist das mit der #timebox.

Ist das noch #Kunst oder muss ich schon weg?

Been a week now I'm working on this idea ...

So far, whenever something looked like good progress, I ran into some dead end one or two ports later.

Should probably decide for some #timebox I will set myself for this. If I can't at least come up with a *working* cross (#FreeBSD -> #Linux) #GNU toolchain within that timebox, the idea should be abandoned as unfeasible 😞

@mercurix #Nevermind 讲了一个蛮有意思的事情。就是被极权New Dawn规训出来的人，大概都是一样的。但是异类，各有各的不同。而一些人认为，有些不同是可以的，有些不同是不能接受的。这其实是还是在限制自由？跟New Dawn是一个性质的。
#TimeBox 还没听完，也很有意思。女主的女友非常自我，而且没有意识到自己实际上是拥有特权的人。女主每分钟都在挣扎，她女友都无法帮助这一个（实在的、眼前的）人，却高喊着有很多其他人需要帮助。。。

5 Ways to Improve Any #Meeting

- Have a #Facilitator to keep things on track, start and end on time, etc.

- Focus people with a round-robin check-in question requiring a brief answer. "What's on your mind?" is a good stand-by.

- Use an #agenda on the fly, allowing participants to submit items that answer the question "What do you need?" Sort by urgency.

- #TimeBox discussion of agenda items. Start with 5 minutes. Approve extensions by group vote.

- Build a culture of presence and focus.
