I have done all the things! Finished the semester. Taught a 7-week online course in ethics and religions. Completed my book's copyediting approvals. Had my first-ever cello recital. (whee!) Finished the icky paperwork confusion & dismay that follows a parent's death from dementia. Gave my paper and completed conference season. Even cleaned the house, in there, at some point. I am now, as they say on airplanes, basically #DutyFree. #TimeForNovels
