Time-restricted eating on a regular schedule prevents/treats metabolic disease.

Good paper from the Natl Library of Medicine. I eat within an 8-hour window with large breakfast, moderate lunch, and a snack for dinner. It did take practice. I worked first on stopping at 5:00pm, then on starting at 9:00am.
