@ToniScott @valoisdubins That's a tricky one. The definition of a genocide is the 'intentional destruction of a people'. I'm not quite sure how intentional the British authorities were as opposed to being careless or negligent. On the other hand, Tim Pat Coogan argues that it was a deliberate act of genocide.
