Asus has announced their first RISC-V board known as the "Tinker V". No price yet but it will be pretty slow with 1GB of RAM and a single core CPU. Still you have to start somewhere and it should be more FOSS friendly than some of their other products. It mentions supporting Debian but will probably have support with other distros as well.
