"Tin Machine" is the debut album by Anglo-American hard rock band Tin Machine. It was originally released in May 1989, on the label EMI. The band was the latest venture of David Bowie, inspired by sessions with guitarist Reeves Gabrels. Drummer Hunt Sales and bassist Tony Fox Sales formed the rest of the band, with "fifth member" Kevin Armstrong providing rhythm guitar and Hammond organ.

Result: Gunmetal skies for gunmetal guitars, a ferocious beast is this neglected #DavidBowie album, and I love it so. The dump manager asked me what I was photographing, and soon enough, we got into merits of shooting on film vs. digital. Union, Maine.

The rhythm section was Tony and Hunt Sales (later of #TinMachine). Guitars were provided by Ricky Gardiner. The Cleveland date (21 March 1977) was widely bootlegged under the name Iggy and Ziggy. The song is "Under The God", and from their first album (there were only two), released in 1989.
This is from a live performance in 1991.
On a side note, I find it remarkable that he was able to so deftly dodge whatever was thrown on stage, considering that he basically didn't have any depth perception.
