Ich/wir sind eine Initiative, die #TinyForests, also MiniWälder in #Wien, #Österreich pflanzen will.

Ein #TinyForest wird aus vielen jungen Bäumen, auf kleiner Fläche dicht nebeneinander gepflanzt wächst 10x schneller, hat 20x mehr Biodiversität und ist 30x dichter als ein durchschnittlicher Wald.
Dadurch wird auf die gleiche Fläche mehr CO2 gebunden.
Tiny Forests sind also super fürs #Klima.

Wer hat Lust uns/mich zu unterstützen?
* organisieren
* ggf. Verein gründen
* Spenden und Förderungen sammeln
* mit Stadt Wien und Parteien reden
* planen, wo Tiny Forests Platz haben
* anpflanzen
* betreuen und dokumentieren
* und vieles mehr

Neben kleinen Wäldern bauen wir ggf. auch:
* kleine Moore
* Wildtierhabitate
* Bestäuber*innenwiesen
* ganz allgemein Stadtbegrünung

Do local civil society initiatives induce #sustainability transformations? Using case studies of #tinyforests and #beachcleanups, our new paper shows that the step from local impact towards transition remains a large one. Their contribution should be valued as emergent, co-produced & part of broader #transition movement.
