My #gaeilge isn't the greatest, but the "tír" in "#Tirlán" is clearly missing a fada. It's a nonsense.
Also, it sounds like a new far-right political party (it all but means "#Ireland is full").
Probably could have thought it through a bit more, and maybe hired a gaeilgeoir…

In Irish (Gaelgie) fadas make a huge difference.

They are literally the difference between cake and shit.
