Tissot was a French painter mostly known for his portraits of fashionably dressed women doing everyday things. This particular canvas was a series depicting various months of the year; the sitter is his mistress, Kathleen Newton.

Le point sur l'isochronie de ma #Tissot Le Locle. Mise en service le 8 juillet après une année de repos dans la vitrine de l'hirloger. Premier mois de mesures #watchcheck plutôt satisfaisant, avec des hauts et des bas suggérant qu'une période de stabilisation est nécessaire.

Remise à l'heure le 15 août (+15 sec) et nouveau train de mesures. Après 4 jours, dérive cumulée 0,3 seconde, en moyenne zéro spj, avec encore quelques soubresauts cependant.
